This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by CJBE LLC d/b/a Critical System Infrastructure, an Illinois limited liability company ("CSI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make it available;

2. Intellectual property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, and the compilation thereof — are owned by CSI, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The CSI name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are proprietary to CSI. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

3. Informational purposes only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, technical, engineering, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Any reliance you place on the content of this Site is strictly at your own risk. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any product or service in any jurisdiction in which such offer or solicitation is unlawful.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CSI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. The Site and all content, materials, and information on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will CSI, its members, managers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CSI and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
